    Ever since reading that Omega 3 fish oil can lower insulin resistance in a type 2 diabetic I’ve known type 2 is a reversible condition for many years! By how much it can be reversed i don’t know but in my opinion, if a type 2 has good diet control & does do exercise, along with taking Omega 3 fish oil, their medication will most certainly need to be lowered! Its a proven fact! As for curing type 1…that just BS at this present time as type 1 & 2 r not even the same illness! haha

    @BarzOnTheWindow1  THANKS!

    @mrboppman1 with type 2 it’s actually simpler …even western medicine acknowledges control and even reversal of type 2 without medications. I WISH I only had type 2!! I little research on your behalf will yield much!

    what about type 2 diabetes?

    What about Type 2 diabetes. If only it was that simple.

    1 IU of vitamin D3 = 0.025mcg (microgram). Even if you get 2000 IU that is only equal to 50mcg or 0.05mg, which is still very small amount.

    This is incredible. I have had type 1 for 27 years, I live in Australia, maybe I didn’t get out enough. Anyhow I also have a 6 month old and I seriously don’t want her to get type 1. I will confirm the safety of giving her vit D3 with a naturopath.

    its too low period! its waaaaaay higher than the reccomended dose: this is NOT somthing the establishment wants people to have good judgement about because lack of vitamin d is the root to nearly all colds and flu like sickness.

    400 IUs per day is too low for those living in the higher latitudes and for darker skinned people. A minimum daily should be 2000 IU and a 1000 IUs for infants – preferably D3. Also eat oily fish and remember that the fish tails have the highest concentrations of vit. D3 not the meat. Nor is there mercury in the fish oil because mercury is water soluble being found in the meaty portion of fish.
